Brand certification application conditions

An enterprise legal person that must be approved by the national regulatory agency and have a legal and valid license;

You must have purchased the CIC electronic network Chengxintong package, and the Chengxintong service is within the validity period;

Be a member of CIC Electronic Network for more than one year, and have no violation or complaint record in the past year;

Must provide a legal corporate business license (three certificates in one) and a copy or electronic scan of the legal person’s ID card;

Apply for Private label (mainland only Domestic brands), must provide a domestically registered brand trademark certificate;

To apply forbrand agency, you must provide a brand agent Proof (such as authorization letter and other supporting documents);

Party A accepts CIC Electronic Network’s regular verification of the validity of Party A’s certification documents and the authenticity of the inventory;

Party A must provide the detailed address of the warehouse where the certified brand goods are stored and documentation proving the use of the warehouse.
